did you know:

all the top chef's lived in my building in LA when they were filming this season (the one with Sam), and every shot they show of the outside of the top of the building is actually my loft... (the top right 7 windows baybee!) ...yes seriously.

there has not been one single time that I have left my loft in LA and NOT seen a movie camera or film crew filming something. Day or night.

some recent movies filmed partially in or around my building: spiderman 3, top chef, transformers, pussycat dolls video, puff daddy video, the new adam sandler movie (chuck and larry), rush hour 3, bones tv episode, die hard 4

i love eggs benedict too!!

i love posting responses to your blog entries where i just ramble on forever in the weak hope that someone (anyone) who reads this will crack even the smallest hint of a smile.

I figured everyone knew this, but reality shows are not recorded real-time. Therefore, unfortunately, Sam and the rest of the cast of characters are long gone. But from reports of other people who lived here, the contestants were not allowed to talk with anyone in the building and they each had a liason who followed them around wherever they went to ensure there would be no conversations outside the camera's greedy eye.

Fun fact: We were originally looking at places and fell in love with one of the places that they all occupied, however, since they were not going to be completely out until 2 weeks after we left, we had to settle for the place we are in now.

Thank goodness for that show, because our place is effin' awesome!!!
